The Document Production Centre allows you to add merged emails, letters and reports to your workflow applications, including a template creation wizard and template manager administration solution with built-in printer control.

The Document Production Centre intgegrates seemlessly with Hudson Integration Accelerators (HIA) to provide document profiling and storage into document management systems.

  • Automatically send template letters and emails with merged fields
  • Produce PDFs from Html template with merged fields
  • Automatically print letters to a Network printer (Determined by Template or User)
  • Generate correspondence and allow review by users including updates prior to sending or printing
  • Copy and paste fields from your procedures into your correspondence templates
